MBC members will host meetings every two months on a rolling schedule, meaning every member hosts until all 7 are scheduled.

MBC will have a mandatory club meeting attendance of at least three times per year. Consequence for falling short is a probation period where the member will have the opportunity to host a meeting and bring drinks as a "buy in" goodwill gesture.

MBC will have annual dues that go toward the purchase of one kick ass special bottle of bourbon per year — $32.50 per member for a total of $227.50.

MBC will have a rotating annual president position (mostly honorary). Duties include encouraging people to attend, buying the kick ass bottle, and generally being a bad ass.

The host of the MBC meeting can decide whether to bring additional guests (up to 20 people).
